For me l think it depends on the perspective on how you personally view money to be. For instance there is contentment that doesn't mean you got enough money but at least you are comfortable with the amount you currently have.

It's evidently that almost all the people don't appreciate on what they have. Instead they think about getting more and more everyday for that matter. The thing is that our needs and wants are endless. So money would never be enough that's just the truth
very well said. I totally agree with you @Starmix . If you are content with how much money you have, I think that would be enough. and also knows how to manage them. However, there are times that money makes us greedy and makes us want more of it. one of the reasons why many individuals are corrupt. The money that we have could be enough if we only know how to manage and budget it. It becomes not enough if our wants are not enough. It is better to concentrate only on the important needs like food, medicine, education for kids, and bills.
Even the people in the village that you talked about secretly wish they can have more money. Give them an opportunity to make more money and see if they would not dump that their farming. It depends on the person, for farmers who live in villages, even though they have a small income, they can live in peace, because their needs are not many, while state officials who have large salaries are still involved in corruption, meaning they cannot meet their living needs. In economic principles, the higher the income, the greater the expenditure. So if you are grateful for your income you will be at peace.
