Do you easily feel discouraged?

As human beings, we cannot avoid mixed emotions and one emotion that cannot be controlled is feeling discouraged. I easily feel discouraged and when I feel this, I no longer like and everything will be colorless and tasteless, and no matter how the cause of such feeling cannot be ignored. There will be dislikeness and no more motive to proceed.

I am like that too. But to bounce back I normally take a nap or retire for the day. Once morning hits I will be pumped up again.

Taking a short nap can help too. Our hearts and minds are busy, and stressed and we cannot function well for the right move. After a short nap , I feel renewed and rejuvenated,

Yes I easily feel discouraged especially when things are not moving the way I want it to go and the plans I have for it.

I also feel discouraged whenever I do not succeed in what I thought to happen. There are many reasons why I feel discouraged and being human, it is normal for me.

Joy - Pain - Anger - Anxiety - Fear

It is normal to feel discouraged but such feeling does not dominate the self. It's just a temporary feeling what to follow would be resolutions on how to resolve the issue that triggers to feel discouraged.

In fact, at this moment, given the outcome of my court ruling last Friday which could be confirmed (and I sincerely hope not!) within 5 days, this is making me feel every negative emotion among those previously mentioned except joy. Because my dearest friend, unfortunately I have to inform you that what has been said about me is something truly filthy... but above all explicitly false!

Fortunately, the absurd sentence of last Friday was rectified just yesterday. It happened because a completely erroneous sentence was shamefully read, which could have led me to further very serious consequences! Therefore, my lawyer firmly opposed it and demonstrated that my behavior here in the community has been exemplary. In two days, my prison sentence will be definitively over. However, I will unfortunately have to remain in this facility for another year, but I will have much more freedom, even to be able to go out, which as you know, I have not had until now.

That's good news my friend at least your lawyer did his fight for your right but it seems not right extending your stay in jail for another year. Hopefully, you'll have your freedom restored next year. Hoping you won't live in the same apartment. Your enemy might bully you.
