Having large amounts of my money in stable coins is far safer for me than having them in fiat currency like my domestic currency.

As long as we store crypto in a non-custodial wallet it will be safe, because we can import the private key to another wallet such as from Trust wallet to Metamasa wallet, also the government cannot intervene to deactivate the crypto we have, very different from crypto exchanges.

Now a days most crypto wallets are strong and have protections, but its not only about having strong wallet, its also about holding aour money on currency, since the price of most coins unstable then holding them will have its own risk.
