Do you have a staff that you depend so much on?

For a business organization, there are some staff that are almost like the life wire of the organization. Someone that you know is very masterful and you really build your business around his capabilities.

Do you have such a staff in your business? How do you manage such staff?

No! I don't have an employee who i depend on such much. Though i have employee who is up and doing and very effective. But I still have other good employees who can replace any of my staff. I made sure i rotate staffs so that they will learn all the necessary things.

My business is still very young, so I do not have any staff. The only person I depend on is myself for the success of the business.

The two staff that I hired are trustworthy. One is my sister the other one is my cousin. It's best to hire a staff from our family member. I never observedva malicious actions from them.
