Here l am talking about the companies that offer you some utility services like the SIM provider services, electricity, water, pay TV among other services? What your experience like when you try reaching them using the social media avenues?

I only contact them to address certain issues. However, some companies do not care. They do not respond to concerns.

Yes l have done that and l would never regret on that. That's because it becomes so easier for making a follow up or something in case of a fault on the goods and services offered to them.

I only interact with them when I have certain issues to sort out, and I have not gotten any response from their customer care, so I quickly go to their page on X and tag them. They usually respond to this on time, probably because they are trying to protect their image.

I keep in touch with them through their social media handle. Sometimes! These companies offer some bonuses which you can't get if you are not following their handle. I have received a lot of free data through this means.
