Do you really feel bad when customers skip your business to patronise your competitors?

Yes i do feel bad, but at the same time I can't really force them to choose my business over the others. I just have to put in my best to be better.

I surely feel bad if my usual customers of my milk tea forget my milk tea and patronize others near the space where I rent. I will feel like being insulted. I may think my customers are making the compare and contrast regarding the taste of my milk tea. I will surely not entertain that customer again.

As much as l am a human being. I am subjected to anger and l would really feel bad on that incident. However l could leave everything for God as l couldn't force anyone to buy at my business
Yes, as annoying as it can be. it is better to always look at the bright side. it would be good to know why that happens and try to address it

It's very natural to feel bad. But then it should not be taken as a setback. Indeed one can look into deep introspection and see what oue competitors are doing better than us to get more consumers. Business can never be an easy game, you have to stay on your toes and keep updating things. Learning from our competitors is not something to be undermined. Be open to it. They might have some valuable lessons to give us.

Investors from poorer communities are aware that the powerful companies and communities are extremely vicious in criminally defaming them to ruin their reputation, so they get very few orders.
