Does prices ever come down after they have gone up in your country?

I have come to realize that it is very difficult for prices of products to ever come down to the level that it was before it rose.

In your country, does the general price level eventually fall to the original price after the economy improves? Seems not at all.

Prices rarely come down even after the issues that caused the hike has been addressed. It is only regulated prices that come down.

I too have realised that the prices hardly go down especially when they get hiked up because of the inflation or something for that matter.

Yeah, sometimes prices come down after they have gone up high. This is visible every where, even in the commodity market

It is very difficult for people to bring down prices even after things have normalised. They always want to make excess profits.

Once the price goes up, for it to cone down becomes an issue. Even if it finally comes down, it will never go down to the old price.
