How do you handle financial frauds in your business organization? Do you organize internal inquiry or do you ask police to investigate the case. Or maybe do you directly file a case with the court. What do you do for the financial frauds in your organization? When you are doing internal inquiry, who do you hire to do the inquiry, do you ire experts or have some staff do it.

For now I do not have staffs so I don't have to worry about this. In the future though I will let myself and the staffs do it. If I feel there is something wrong, I might call external help.

I only run a small business with two employees, so it will be easy to monitor and easy to control. In many cases of financial fraud that I have encountered in other companies, it will depend on the value lost, if it has a large value then it will be reported to the police, but if it is only a small case, usually they are only fired from their jobs.

Well, the police can go ahead to investigate the case but if not getting a professional help would be no bad idea

It depends on the amount of money that is involved. Something in the region of $500 should be internally investigated and offender punished.
