Have you ever met people begging you for money even when they know you are broken or in any way unemployed?

A lot of times in my current country, in the case of young people, they usually have abandoned the school during their teens, so they stay with no perspective. You go nowhere with primary school only. As begging is so easy, I imagine they see such a life as an option.
