Have you ever received the wrong thing as per what you had ordered online?

I've never received the wrong item when ordering online because I carefully check the details before placing an order.

My experience was when I first entered 2020 when the Covid 19 pandemic occurred, where I needed Vit C, and all the stock of Vit C, both in pharmacies and drug stores had run out, so I ordered from one of the shops on the Lazada marketplace, VitC for $12, but all I received were plastic gloves for about $4. Due to the Covid situation, I cannot leave the house to send back the wrong package.

Yes the last product which I order was a power bank the required voltage o requested for was 400000mah but they bring something lower so it's happen that I have order them to go back with it

I have recieved the wrong order before. I was so disappointed. Because it takes a long time to receive an item I ordered online, when the wrong order arrived I was let down. I communicated with the supplier but they ddnt respond to my inbox. I then sold the item to recover myoney and managed to recieve a bit of profit.

Yesterday, we received one Crocs slipper ordered from Myntra. Generally, we buy footwear in physical. But this was one already tried by my husband and so, he reordered it. It was delivered in a day but he received a wrong size. We initiated the return and exchange. Just now they have picked up the order from our doorstep and when it should be delivered by tomorrow afternoon. Happy with their quick customer service.

It is normal since they got funds and don't have replacement policies. It is better to check buyer reputation before purchase something.
