How did you find the business that you are patronizing currently?

For me l patronize on the current shopping mall as a result of the main mall that l had entrusted for long time collapsed due to the covid -19 pandemic.

The store I patronize the most in my area is simply because that's the store closest to it. They have most of the things I want to buy, so I don't have much of a choice.

Ever since l were born, l found my family like dad and mom patronizing on some specific sellers. So l had no choice rather than following the suit and continuing with that.

I am usually shopping from the shops which are closest to my residence where ever I live because it is very convenient and I also have to carry groceries over a shorter distance reducing effort and saving time.

I have realized that when you are connected with the main shopping malls that register customers to loyalty programs tend to retain the existing customers for a very long time because of the monetary incentives that they receive from the store.

I do a lot of my shopping from an open market and since I was introduced to it by a friend we do not have issues with it

I usually buy from a few shops in the shopping mall nearby my place. I have been patronizing them for years. I am also a loyalty club member of the shops.

I am happy with most of the businesses and services that I am patronizing. If I don't like the service, I would raise the complaint once or twice. If they don't improve, I will just change the business. I will not patronize them any more. We have enough options in current times.

I buy from one store called Roban stores because their products are cheaper than most products. Secondly, there is enough alternatives of every item you want to buy, therefore you can compare and contrast. Thirdly, it is close to my residence. It takes me three minutes walk to reach the store.
