How frequently do you travel long distances?

How frequently do forum members travel long distances of more than 400 km for personal or business purposes, once a month or less frequently? Does long distance travel affect your business financially or otherwise?

I travel long distance only once in every two years. It is because you have to think about the cost.

Due to internet, tech sector online, financial fraud, slavery I am forced to relocate repeatedly and have to travel in 3 different states at least once or twice every three months.

I don't travel as often as i would have love to. Traveling here is pretty expensive, so i only do this when i have something to do at that destination.
