Are you trying not to take in too much calories during this Christmas celebration then you can do the follow. Drink more water. Always fill your plate with good choices of foods. Move away from the unhealthy food especially junks. Pop a mint or gum in your mouth to avoid eating. Add yours
 
I think it is not very correct to worry about food in such a period of time, because one day you can eat everything. However, for those who are very worried about their figure, it is not necessary to eat all dishes, but to try only the ones with the least calories
