It is crucial to listen with respect to customers. This is one problem between a company or business and customers not listening to each other. They tend to ignore what is spoken about.

It is important to pay attention by putting away distractions and focusing on the speaker. Make eye contact, this shows you’re engaged and interested. It is also important to ask clarifying questions if you are not sure about something. You have to ask for clarification about something you are not sure about. It is also important to avoid interrupting the speaker and not speak in duet with the speaker be a customer or business owner who might preside a conflict.

Let the involved customer understand your perspective, even if you don’t agree with them. Everyone has their own experiences and opinions. Keep an open mind. Also, respect silence. Sometimes, customers need a moment to process their thoughts. It is okay to let there be silence.

you respect your customers, by paying attention and giving solutions they are more likely to respond positively with respecting them
That's right mate. We're also customers and if we are treated well, we feel important and inspired to go back to the same business center.

I feel bad if there is a staff that lacks respect like for example not answering properly to our query about pricing and more.

You would feel bad as you put yourself in the customer shoes. it is bad to be disrespectful to a customer

I experienced it I confronted the sales lady about why she cant answer properly. She instead kept on texting during work time. I reported her to her superior and was reprimanded to submit a resignation letter.

You see that was very wrong of her. We just have to show respect to people that comes to buy from us. it really important

Respect begets respect. A good karma happens when we are doing good virtue towards people especially the customers who are assets in business. When respect is not valued there's no honor to give in return by the customers.

Your ability to listen to your customers plays a very important role. If we are able to listen to them well, we will be able to give them satisfaction.

You're exactly correct, if the business staff listen to customers with respect they will feel satisfied and most likely become loyal customers. Respect is essential for business 'growth and satisfaction among staff too.
