How would you choose if you have two job offers at the same time?

Jobs are very hard to get nowadays. People really wait for a long time to get a good offer for a job. If you applied to two companies with the same pay range, and the two companies offered you employment at the same time.

What criteria would you use to decide on which job to choose?

Same conditions for a job? I would go for a job that would give me career advancement more than the other.

For me it would be the pay, how much it would cost me to go to work from my house to the office each day, and most importantly how i can grow myself.

When I have to choose two jobs, of course the first thing I have to do is choose the type of job that suits my experience and skills, career opportunities and level, office location, company reputation and performance.

If the two offers are evenly matched, I would now turn to look at more personal factors like closeness to my current home to make the decision on which one.
