Infidelity is not justified at any cost. If there are problems in marriages, the involved people need to bring it to table, discuss about it and try to resolve it. If you find no resolution and if relationship turns toxic, one can always go for divorce and end the relationship and move on with their respective lives. That would be really tricky one and perhaps never possible in practical world. Even in the most perfect human society that we imagine of, such evil deeds will exist. The negative things are part of human traits and one can never get fully rid off them.
