It seems like ChatGPT and other AI chat bots is making students lazy. Some lecturers have cried out that they are getting AI generated responses for assignments and essays.

Is ChatGPT making students lazy in your opinion or it is just the reality of things?

To some extent yes, students no longer take out time to think things and be constructive any longer.

ChatGPT is a very good tool for students to even understand their lessons even better. I won't say it makes students lazy.
