I just planted tomatoes last season and the profit was okay. I think opening a farm will be a good investment what do you think?
 
Only if you grow it in big amounts but farming become less and less profitables since stores can easy import almost all vegetables from cheaper countrys.
They can't import to meet the demand to the extent of locking a local producer out. It is not possible. Any person that engages in agriculture would always sell his or her produce. The key then is how to do it as a business by driving down costs and maximizing revenues.
 
Investing in farming is extremely lucrative, if you know what you are doing. there are so many people in my area making money from farming, and there are a lot of persons now investing in agriculture.
