Is it even possible that someone claims that he did not read the business contract he or she signed?

I have seen some people come to cry out about the contract they are currently under or previously under. They protest against the terms of the contract. And they claim that they didn't read the contract.

Is it possible that someone signs a business contract without reading it? Is there any legal way to go back on such contracts based on that reason?

Yes, it is very possible for someone not to read the business contract he or she signed.
But why would a reasonable person not read a contract. Who would be blamed for that? I hope they don't blame anyone but themselves for what they would find themselves in.

I have seen very high profile people claim not to read the contract they were given. And truly they did not. Some just trust the other party to the contract not to insert any clause that would harm them.
