Is it possible for a customer to cheat a business/ seller? How?

I use to hear some business persons talk about how a particular customer cheated them with a particular sale. They, the business owners or sellers are the one that probably effected the sales.

In what ways then can a customer cheat a business or a seller?

Yes it's possible, there are cases of customers sending fake alert to business owers, there are also cases of them collecting extra change from the customer.
