Competition can be very fierce in business. And businesss can use several tactics to stay competitive in business. Some businesses go as far as poaching the staff of their competitors to weaken the competing business.

Do you think poaching the staff of your competitors is a practice of healthy competition in business?

That depends on how and what you do. If you pay the staff of your competitor to steal his/her company's trade secret, I think this is unethical. If you try to persuade the staff to work for you, I see no problem.
