I recently had teeth pulled. I need a pureed food diet. My dentist did not give me any advice on what to consume, just a flyer stating liquid/pureed food.
I searched online and every dentist's website conflicted. For example, one dentist says chilled cereal with milk and another says no dairy. One dentist states to have scrambled eggs and the next says no.
Is there any way that I can have russet potatoes? Last night, I had a small microwavable bowl of Idahoan Four Cheese Mashed Potatoes. Delicious but expensive.
I have a huge bag of russets. Is there any way that I can fix a russet or 2 so that I can easily chew and swallow?
I would appreciate it as russet potatoes are delicious, filling and cheap.
