I see this on private television channels that are promoting translated turkish series to local or native language while they do not promote it on youtube because it doesn't bring nothing and sells a subscription service by local payment provider where there is an amount of money to pay monthly or each 3 months or 6 months with 15 % off or 30 % off to see translated turkish series without advertisements and anytime without need to sleep late night, the concept is similar to netflix, and could be applied to anything else.
