Surveys in different language due to account fraud

Though they do not want to open their own account, some Hindi speaking frauds allegedly from gurugram, madhya pradesh have convinced everyone that they own my timebucks account and I am getting surveys in Hindi. How to fix this problem since the government blindly believes the Hindi speaking liars?
