Tanzania admits the outbreak of Marburg virus.

The Tanzanian president today has confirmed that the country is battling the outbreak of Marburg virus. The president was confident though that the country would defeat the virus as it did two years ago.

The Marburg virus is similar to the Ebola virus.

It is not about being optimistic. But about taking decisive decisions to defeat the virus. Good policies and initiatives have to be put in place.

Yesh hopefully this can also be stamped out completely before it causing much more havoc to the people

I think countries should halt immigration from Tanzania already to ensure that the virus doesn't spread.
