the Challenge of Low Income

I think the same is happening in India and other Asian countries where we cannot expect any help or assistance from the Government and should earn and then pay tax to the government

What worsen things in my country for many families only counting on low income is the high inflation rate that makes pretty impossible to live on a small salary, less than the standard minimum salary that's now 1412 (expressed in local currency), if you have family members to support. Only a single living in a small city can live on 1412 per month.

Low income people are always desperate and end up being used as prey for unethical and illegall activities.

Ultimately, people that earn low income always end up getting depressed and sad. They always have extreme thoughts like suicide.
