Music is a great way to relax and enjoy your time I like to listen to music on walks it's just a vibe a lot of people listen to music because they have feelings whey they listen to it

Listening to music makes me feel calm and relaxed. However, when I am working, I want my environment to be quiet.
I grew up playing the organ in church.
Such organ music is so soothing. No vulgarity. No violence. Unlike today's music that you hear on the radio, such as Metallica.

What a joke, my wife also plays the organ, we are Christians.
Music allows me to distract myself very quickly. If I'm actually working and using social media to distract myself, it takes me a long time to switch my attention to it
Music can help me to relax or cheer me up. Since I play musical instruments, I consider that as a way of self expression.
Mostly it relax my brain, after having a bad day or bad mood I just go back to music
Music is like a medicine to the soul. Though not this kind of music that is trending nowadays! Modern music is filled with vulgarity and provoking thoughts. I can play classical music while working but no to rap or rock music.
