In making financial planning, we really need to know ourselves, be it our shopping habits, financial conditions, etc. A large income is not a guarantee of achieving a stable financial condition and being able to achieve financial freedom without proper financial management, the opposite often happens. Here are some signs that you need the help of a financial planner:
1. You have an above average income
2. You have uncontrolled shopping habits
3. Difficulty paying debts
4. Do not have savings, investments, insurance and emergency funds.
5. Due to financial problems, personal life is disrupted.

Sure the first three point when one have an above average income, have uncontrolled shopping habits and difficulty paying debts. These are so correct

I do have a financial advisor. She is my friend working in this field. She gives me good investment advice from time to time.
Having a friend who is in this field will definitely be helpful from time to time,

Actually it's a myth that financial planners are too expensive to hire and only the Richie rich with abundance should go for them or can hire them. We belong to a middle class economic group in our country ( middle middle class) and we have a financial planner. They are available from your bank if you are a premium customer for free. We took one from the wealth management and investment company. They take around 10 K per annum and do a pretty decent job. My husband and I don't get much time to explore more about financial investment or to track it. So, at this minimal affordable price, we get a decent service, regular quarterly meeting and updates ( we can request for one when we need)and peace of mind
