What is your main reason for recording a phone call?

For me l really do this very rarely.
For instance when l am into a business talk with business partners or experts, l would like to make references on what was being told on the last calls that why l might record a conversation on phone.

I also do the recording of a call if it is deemed necessary as proof of agreement or arguments. It is vital to show something to to prove someone's deniance.
