What makes your website user friendly?

When I think of a website being user-friendly, I think of the design as well as how much loads up on the screen at one time. You have to not only think about those who are on desktop computers or laptops but also those on mobile devices as well as those on slower internet connections who would struggle to load up a website or pages of a website with a lot added.

For a site to be user friendly it needs to be simple to navigate around. There should be a clear layout and menus that make it obvious how to find what you're looking for. Nobody wants to spend ages clicking around trying to figure a site out. Easy navigation is a must have in my opinion.

A user friendly website is one that anyone can access and understand, you do not need to have some sort of experience first before you can understand the contents of the website.

For the users to experience an easy time with your website, the website should be up and running every time. lt should be well accessible and avoid website downtime at all costs.
These are not what makes a website user friendly. The ease with which a site loads pages is one of the parameters that define user friendliness. Another thing that defines the user friendliness of a site is ads not being intrusive.

A lot of factors can make a website user friendly. Some of the factors includes;
1. Quality content
2. Interactive interface
3. Near zero downtime
4. Responsiveness
5. Usability
In fact, anything you can do to aid your visitors to have better users experience is user friendly approach.
