It happens to some of us sometimes. I just locked my shop and a customer just runs in and demands to be served. I would just open the business place again and give the customer what he wants.

What would you do if a customer comes when you have just closed your business?

You can never tell whaat is running through a customers mind and it just may mean you would never see them again to find out. I am retired now so it's a mute point, but when I ran my business I would be happy to extend my hours to meet a customers need and hand me another couple thousand dollar sale.

That's how a business person should think. Serving your customers should be the paramount thing and extending your working hours for just one day by few hours won't drain you forever.

This used to happen to me frequently when I was running a restaurant. If we still had chef in the house, we would serve the customer even when we were ready to close.
