Why do think the social media accounts are hacked?

My Instagram account was hacked. The other day they almost hacked my Facebook account. After receiving the mail on the change of password luckily l acted so fast on stopping that because l was Online. Hadn't l been online for that time you can guess what could have happened. Why do they hack the Social media accounts?

That is the more reason we need to ensure that we invest in our online security. We should be more careful with the usage of malware. This is why we should not click on any unknown site links anyhow. We also should not patronize public wifi because your data can be hacked and stolen through that as well. I have also been wondering why the African accounts are hacked and nude pics tagged to people's accounts. How can you prevent that?
