It is not impossible, we can save despite income small. Indeed, saving does not require anyone to be rich. We can save if only willing and have a positive mindset .

You do not have to save a large sum of money each month. Even a small amount set aside every month can significantly increase over time. You will be pleasantly surprised by how the small amount of money you save can accumulate.
Of course yes. Saving money for the future use should be mandatory for that matter.

Most people feel they need to get to a certain level before they can start saving but the truth of the matter is anyone can save at anytime, if you are able to manage and make some sacrifices.

That is right, if we have the will to save, then savings happen. If only all have a mindset like ours, then there will be no financial struggle .What we only need is self-discipline.

We can't also blame them if cannot save. The income of the family may not be enough to save however of they have side hustles they can set aside for saving.
Saving money is a culture and should not be inclined when you are rich or poor. People who could not save money when they are poor would also not save much money even when they are very rich. People should be able to save 15% of their income..
There is no exact formula, how much money or percentage we should save from our income, we often find people who cannot save. In fact, saving is a habit and disciplined activity. So there is no reason if people do not save even if it starts with only 1% of income.
That's very right for real. Saving can be made even for the lowest money earned before every cent counts for sure.
Unfortunately, impossible for those families who count on a single small salary, facing a high inflation rate and/or high rent rate. A practical example: John Doe earns a minimum salary (in my country it's 1412, local currency). The minimum rent of a micro flat (a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom) in the suburbs is 600. Average bills (when not in an area where the only bill is the domestic wifi, plus the compulsory desk line) count an amount of 300 in the case of a 3 person family. Considering that one kilo of potatoes in my country raised even to 13, considering sunflower oil raised to 12 (impossible to purchase olive oil, that skyrocketed over 50 reais), families in my country are getting food from the charity organizations in the churches. There are people who skip drugs and medical treatments, living in such a condition. How to save in these cases?
For me saving is developed from a saving habit. Most rich people doesn't have that.
