Most of us lead a very busy life and are often stressed. The result is our nerves are tense. Before going to sleep it's very essential to relax our nerves. There are different ways to relax our nerves. We can listen to light music, do some yoga to relax the brain and it's nerves or take a walk. It depends on the person how he/ she relaxes.
 
I massage my feet before I sleep. I feel so relaxed after doing it in 30 minutes. I am only doing this when I'm stressed. I cannot sleep right away when I'm stressed. I also listen to a melodious music.
